Show Synopsis

Hairspray is a vibrant, feel-good musical set in 1960s Baltimore, following big-hearted teen Tracy Turnblad as she dreams of dancing on The Corny Collins Show. When Tracy’s talent and confidence land her a spot on the programme, she uses her new platform to challenge segregation and stand up for equality, winning hearts along the way. Packed with infectious music, bold characters, and unstoppable energy, Hairspray is a joyful celebration of individuality, inclusion, and the power of young people to create change.
